Setting up a Jobable subscription
If you're yet to start your Jobable subscription, head to 'Settings' > 'Manage Jobable Subscription'. Choose the number of users required and your preferred payment schedule (monthly or annual). Then press 'Subscribe' and follow the process to add your payment card and complete your payment.
Once complete, you will be able to see your subscription status and the end date of your current period. As long as you have a valid payment method with sufficient funds, this will renew at the end of your current period.
Changing the number of users on your subscription
To add users to your subscription, go to 'Settings' > 'Manage Jobable Subscription' > 'Change Subscription'. Follow the process, changing the quantity to your required number of users. The cost of new users will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period (month or year).
Reducing the number of users will reduce your payments from the next billing period. Please set the affected user accounts to 'Suspended' in 'Settings' > 'Manage Users' before changing the subscription, as the change to the available user licences will be applied immediately - this could cause some users (or you!) to lose access.
Changing the billing period
To change the billing period for your Jobable subscription, go to 'Settings' > 'Manage Jobable Subscription' > 'Update Subscription'.
If you are paying monthly, you can change at any point to pay annually. The remainder of your current month will be credited against the annual fee on a pro-rata basis.
If you are paying annually, you can change to monthly payments instead. This will become effective from the end of your current billing year.
Changing Your Payment Card
To change your payment card, go to 'Settings' > 'Manage Jobable Subscription' > 'Update Payment Card'.
