Once an engineer has completed a job in Remote, the job needs to be moved in the relevant tray for the next step of your job workflow. This can either be done automatically or manually. The video below will guide you through setting up and using both options:
Automatic visit processing
To have Jobable automatically assign the job tray on completion of the visit, go to Settings > System Configuration > Automations and set 'Humans Review Visits' to No. Set 'Job Tray Further Work' to the tray that you want jobs requiring further work to go (for example, a tray for jobs needing a quote). Set 'Job Tray No Further Work' to the tray that you want completed jobs to go to (for example, a tray for jobs needing invoicing or any further review by a team member).
Jobs will now be assigned to the specified tray when the engineer completes a visit and sync's their tablet, depending on whether they indicated further work was required or that the job is complete.
Manual visit processing
To manually review engineer visits (which may be particularly helpful if your engineers struggle with spelling, punctuation or grammar) set 'Humans Review Visits' to Yes, and set 'Job Tray Review Visits' to the tray where you would like the job to sit between the engineer submitting his visit and an Admin user reviewing it.
The spanner icon at the top of any page in Admin will show a counter for any visits awaiting review.
Click the spanner will take you to the visit review page. Press a blue tick icon to review a visit. You can then check the visit times and report, select whether the receipt should be sent, and update the tray to the next step of your workflow.
If your user cannot see the spanner icon, make sure that the user's User Group has the Visits module enabled in Settings > Manage User Groups.
