Some Jobs cannot be completed on the first visit. We look at how to raise a send a Quotation to a Customer for further work that an engineer may have advised is needed.
Applying Quotations to Jobs
Once a customer accepts a Quotation, we look at how to apply quotation elements to a Job and then look at ordering any parts or scheduling an engineer to complete the works.
