When a job is completed, Jobable can be set to automatically send the customer an email to request they leave a review or rate your service.
To get this setup you need to choose, or already be using, a reviews or ratings service. It could be Google Business, Trustpilot, Checkatrade or other similar review service.
Then, head to System Configuration in settings and open the 'Reputation Auto-Pilot' section.
The key things to update here are:-
Days to wait before sending
Here you can set a number of days that Jobable will wait after a job is complete before sending a review request to customer. The request will be sent to their email address.
Max Visits to send review email
Some service businesses may wish to restrict sending of review requests if number of visits on the job exceed a certain amount. For example, a job with many repeat visits may indicate that there were issues and you may not wish to request a review if theres a higher probability the customer is unhappy.
Review Link
This should be the URL of where the customer can leave a review.
Review Service Name
This should be the name of the review service/platform.
